Dr. Ashwani Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu, in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Area. His academic specialization lies in remote and hybrid working, leadership, personality, and organization transitions towards flexible workplace arrangements. Dr. Ashwani's significant contributions to his field are evident by his publications in prestigious journals indexed in ABDC and ABS rankings and acceptance in prestigious national and international conferences like AOM, EGOS, EURAM, and INDAM
